BORN FROM THE
UNDERGROUND
WormBrand is not fashion. It's decomposition. Heavyweight 480 GSM hoodies, soil-dyed tees, worm-compost philosophy. We design for those who live below the surface — skaters, ravers, growers, diggers. Wear the rot. Become the soil.
SOIL
DYED ★
We don't make clothes. We grow them.
WormBrand.net started in 2016 in a basement worm farm in Echo Park. We fed textile waste to red wigglers and watched what survived. What survived became our first collection. Today we run a creative biology lab + streetwear label obsessed with decay, soil and underground culture.

From worm bin to runway
Every WormBrand piece is garment-dyed with real soil pigments, iron rust and compost tea. Then buried for 7 days. Then unearthed, washed and finished by hand. No two pieces are identical. Fades, stains and holes are features, not defects.
- ✓Soil-dye lab: 14 natural pigments from California + Berlin soils. Zero synthetic dyes since 2021.
- ✓Worm compost loop: 1kg of textile scraps = 1kg of vermicompost for urban farms. We composted 12 tons in 2025.
- ✓480 GSM fleece: Boxy, dropped shoulders, double-layer hood. Built to rot beautifully for 10 years.
- ✓Underground drops: 300 pieces per colorway. Sold out in 11 minutes last drop. Never reprinted.
Drop 07: ROT / REBIRTH
7 pieces. 3 colorways: Topsoil Black, Wiggler Pink, Compost Lime. Heavyweight, boxy, pre-rotted. When it's gone, it's soil.

Rot is the new new.
Fashion wants you shiny, new, disposable. We want you dirty, patched, alive. A WormBrand hoodie is supposed to fade, tear and stain. Patch it. Bury it. Compost it. The worm eats, the soil remembers, the style remains. We are 40,000 diggers worldwide who refuse restocks, refuse fast fashion, refuse to stay on the surface.

How we rot a hoodie in 7 days
Our Echo Park lab combines textile science + vermiculture. Here's the ritual every Drop 07 piece goes through.
CUT HEAVY
480 GSM organic fleece, boxy block, made in family factory.
DYE SOIL
Bath in soil pigment + iron + compost tea. No synthetics.
BURY
Buried in worm beds 7 days for natural distress & patina.
REBIRTH
Unearthed, washed, puff-printed, numbered by hand.
Will it shrink / fade?
Yes — intentionally. Pre-shrunk, but soil dye lives. Wash cold inside-out. Fading is the design evolving.
Is it really compostable?
Hoodie body is 100% cotton + natural dye. Remove zipper/drawcords and it will compost in 90-180 days in active worm bin.
How do drops work?
Drops announced in journal + SMS. 300 pcs per color. No restocks. Resale allowed, fakes composted on sight.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide from LA + Berlin hubs in plastic-free worm-box. Free repairs for life.
